Key Responsibilities
- Define Plan business requirements and translate them into NASCO system requirements
- Create quality artifacts and documentation following project management methodologies
- Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to resolve system performance issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 7 years of experience related to software development lifecycle methodology
- 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry
- 8 years of combined experience in software development and implementations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business technology, or related fields
- Knowledge of TSO, file transfer, and other Mainframe and Mid-Tier server technologies
