California Assistant Project Surveyor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Project Surveyor to support public infrastructure projects across California.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various survey projects including topographic mapping and boundary retracement
• Prepare legal descriptions, exhibits, and coordinate with field crews for data collection
• Engage in mapping and drafting using AutoCAD Civil3D and support public agency submittals

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• BS degree in Surveying or relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with a non-land surveying degree, or 1+ year with a BS in Land Surveying or Geomatics
• Land Surveyor in Training Certificate is desired but not required
