Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with executive sponsors and program team members to ensure optimal organizational change
- Engage with business and IT teams for cross-team collaboration and alignment
- Deliver comprehensive change management activities including user engagement, training assessment, and addressing resistance
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with organizational change management, including at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in change principles and application; certification is a plus
- Technical capability with metrics and analytics
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred
- Intermediate graphic design skills for visual storytelling are desirable
