Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Admissions to drive enrollment growth and manage the Admissions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, coach, and supervise Admissions Advisors and Managers to enhance performance metrics
  • Design and implement organizational structures and mentorship programs for the Admissions Department
  • Oversee recruitment plans and manage CRM reports to meet enrollment goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education management, leading Admissions teams
  • Experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
  • In-depth understanding of the technology industry and its educational requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, particularly with Microsoft Excel
