California Licensed Associate Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Therapist (W2 Hourly) in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly therapeutic sessions with clients for 45 minutes
• Maintain a flexible schedule with 15+ hours of weekly availability
• Collaborate with prescribers managing clients' medication in conjunction with therapy

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as an Associate or pre-licensed Therapist
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
• Experience diagnosing mental health disorders according to DSM-5 criteria
• Any applicable license structure such as ASW, LMSW, LGSW, CSW, ALC, LAC, APC, LPCA, APCC, or AMFT
• Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
