Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Market Support for their Clinical Excellence Team, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic patient outreach and provider-facing activities to enhance medication adherence and care quality
• Develop market business plans to improve STARs measures and engage healthcare providers
• Analyze STARs and HEDIS data, providing insights and recommendations to improve pharmacy-related performance

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of primary residence
• 5+ years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
• 2+ years of experience with Medicare STARs and HEDIS measures
• 2+ years of experience in provider-facing interactions and data analysis
