California Licensed Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Third-Party Accounts Receivable by analyzing denied and un-responded claims
• Conduct outbound calls to insurance carriers to appeal and check claims status
• Post explanation of benefits and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to create and modify spreadsheets within Microsoft Excel
• Availability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
