Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the agency management system (EPIC) to service client accounts
- Handle renewal insurance marketing and prepare insurance proposals
- Process policy changes and manage invoicing efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Assistant Account Manager or Account Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and general computer navigation
- Ability to perform basic retail math, including fractions and percentages
