Required Qualifications

• State certified general appraiser license with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Master Argus competency for national institutional team members
• Complete comprehensive exam and demonstration report within 18 months of team lead elevation
• Experience managing a team of five or more individuals
• Accountable for achieving educational and licensing goals for team members
