Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Expansion Strategy & Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the expansion strategy by researching PACE regulatory landscapes and monitoring RFPs
• Lead federal and state application processes, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and narrative writing
• Engage local community stakeholders to promote PACE and facilitate market entry

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in the Medicare and Medicaid regulatory environment, preferably with PACE experience
• 2-4+ years in management consulting or operations/policy roles in high-growth startups, ideally in healthcare
• Demonstrated self-starter capabilities
• A bachelor's degree is required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured work environment with high autonomy
