Key Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officer in gathering documents and evaluating income and assets
• Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documentation and assist with e-signing processes
• Collaborate with loan processors and underwriters to achieve final loan approval

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Administrative Support, Mortgage, or a similar field
• High school diploma required
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry
• Entry level knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products
