Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their multidisciplinary health care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Virtually treat patients with mental health concerns using the Collaborative Care model
• Support psychotropic medication management and monitor treatment adherence and effectiveness
• Provide brief behavioral interventions and patient education on mental health and substance abuse disorders

Required Qualifications and Education

• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in California
• Direct clinical experience providing individual therapy and skills in assessment and differential diagnosis
• Experience with integrated health care systems
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and data-driven treatment
• Ability to work non-standard hours and proficient in computer and technology skills
