Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure loan files and documents comply with bank and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and verify loan documents, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Collaborate with Settlement Agent to finalize loan fees and assist with post-closing duties

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of recent closing/funding experience
• Minimum 3 years of basic computer experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and procedures, including TRID experience
• Ability to maintain high performance in stressful situations
