A company is looking for a Regional Vice President for the Sacramento/Tahoe region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive success of branch managers by mentoring, developing, and supervising sales and management activities
- Recruit and develop highly qualified candidates for future management positions
- Accountable for overall net agent growth and increased profitability in the region
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of dynamic sales and management experience in real estate
- Experience in brokerage management and/or real estate ownership preferred
- Strong business and financial acumen with profit and loss responsibility
- Four-year college degree in a business-related field preferred; must be a licensed real estate agent
- Technologically proficient with familiarity in various software programs
