Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative, Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with prospective participants, caregivers, and outreach associates to assist with enrollment
- Support inbound campaigns and educate prospective participants about PACE services and benefits
- Make outbound calls to interested prospective participants and manage follow-up leads
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred; or two years of relevant experience may be substituted
- Minimum of one year of experience in tele sales, customer service sales, Medicare, or PACE sales preferred
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred
- Medi-Cal knowledge preferred
