A company is looking for a Virtual Care Technician to provide medical guidance and support to clients via live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to live chats from clients regarding their pets' concerns and inquiries
- Gathers patient history and triage information to deliver appropriate medical guidance
- Documents client and patient needs to ensure quality care for potential in-hospital visits
Required Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted license to practice as a credentialed veterinary technician
- At least 3 years of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician in a clinical setting
- Availability to work 20 - 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate self-discipline and accountability
- Comfort using technology and communicating effectively via text/chat messaging
