California QA Tester Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Tester Lead (Director or Manager) specializing in QNXT testing and D-SNP within California health plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end QA efforts for QNXT systems supporting D-SNP programs in California
• Manage QA teams, providing strategic direction and performance oversight to meet quality objectives
• Act as a trusted QA consultant, interfacing with executives and stakeholders to present testing strategies and results

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 5+ years in a QA Manager or Director role in healthcare
• Minimum 3 years of direct QNXT experience within California health plans
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary QA teams in complex healthcare implementations
• Deep understanding of the entire healthcare lifecycle, including claims and regulatory testing
• Extensive background in manual testing with the ability to design strategic test plans
