A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to deliver patient support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in/outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while adhering to scripts and messaging protocols
- Perform data entry, general clerical duties, and research for scheduling remediation trips for recalls
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience required
- Experience handling escalated or unsatisfied customers required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
