Key Responsibilities
- Assign and coordinate work activities based on priority, team availability, and personnel skills
- Oversee team members to ensure effective and efficient performance of assigned activities
- Act as a point person for routine issues and assist in case management under supervision
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- Vocational or Technical Certification preferred; one-year certificate from college or technical school
- One year of experience in a call center environment required
- 3-6 months of related experience as a call center agent required
- Advanced computer skills required
