Job Summary
A company is looking for a Candidate Support Agent responsible for assisting prospective employees with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Field all inbound calls and e-mails, directing them to the appropriate recipients
- Participate in ongoing training and assist in training new employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience
- Prior Contact Center experience is required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for weekends
- One year of professional customer service experience is preferred
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
