Capacity Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capacity Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to drive staffing efficiencies across the assigned Solution Line
• Partner with various departments to develop and implement a rolling workforce hiring plan
• Review open demand with Capacity Planners and determine sourcing strategies for resource needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in capacity planning, resource management, or a related field
• Prior experience working with a large, global IT consulting provider
• Experience leading a team
• Familiarity with resource planning software and capacity planning tools
