Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching responses as needed
- Provide compassionate customer support and monitor medical alerts and alarms
- Record call details and update customer information in real-time while maintaining confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
- Proficient typing skills (35 WPM)
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
