A company is looking for a Care Management Associate to support the coordination of medical services and referrals for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quality effectiveness of healthcare services and coordinate member care transitions
- Create authorizations in QNXT and screen incoming forms to identify needed medical services
- Facilitate healthcare outcomes by providing care coordination, education, and follow-up services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of call center experience
- Fingerprinting required for this position
- Remote work with potential future onsite requirements
- No prior CVS/Aetna work experience required
