Key Responsibilities
- Utilize internal tech tools to identify themes and gaps for efficiency and workflow improvement
- Support colleagues post-training by addressing complex customer or operational issues
- Intake and triage internal questions or escalated situations while managing transactions in adherence to SLAs
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer support, healthcare, tech, or a related field
- 1+ years of claims experience
- 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment
- 6+ months of strong quantitative or analytical skills
- High school diploma or GED
