Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues post-training by addressing complex customer or operational issues

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years in customer support, healthcare, tech, or a related field
  • 1+ years of claims experience
  • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 6+ months of strong quantitative or analytical skills
  • High school diploma or GED
