Key Responsibilities
- Maintain readiness in a fast-paced contact center environment to assist military spouses
- Assess needs and provide individualized resources, education, and career advising
- Schedule career coaching appointments and manage case management systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in educational or career advising
- Three years of experience in training development and public speaking
- Two years of experience supervising social services or education programs
- U.S. Citizenship required for government systems access
- Home internet service with speeds over 3Mb required
