Career Coach for Relocation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Career & Integration Coach (part-time, contract) in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process and advise on career development and transition issues
• Coach on CV/r sum writing, interviewing, and job search techniques while maintaining service delivery records

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in job search coaching, including resume development and interview preparation
• Experience working with expatriates on job searches in Vietnam
• Understanding of business and cultural practices within Vietnam and surrounding areas
• Currently resides or works in Vietnam with a high-speed internet connection
• Master's degree in a related field and coaching certification preferred
