Cash Application Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Specialist, Cash Application.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments (ACH, Lockbox, Credit Card) to client invoices timely and accurately
• Reconcile complicated payment postings and follow up on unapplied payments
• Assist Team Lead with month-end close and maintain organized documentation

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of accounting concepts and procedures
• 1-2 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
