Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations and address escalations related to operational issues
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client requirements and maintain daily interactions with clients
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and efficiency
Required Qualifications and Education
- 9 to 15 years of experience in Insurance Finance and Accounting
- Working knowledge of Cash Application, Collection, and Billing
- Understanding of Premium, Broker, and Agency business
- Experience in managing and coaching a team
- Ability to identify and recommend improvements for inefficient processes
