Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure availability of clinical resources to meet patient demand
- Act as a centralized resource for scheduling across all practice sites, ensuring standardized protocols
- Track and report on physician and midlevel provider schedules and prepare various tracking reports
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a business office environment, specifically in scheduling
- Analytical ability for preparing physician schedules preferred
- Familiarity with computer applications in PC and mainframe environments preferred
