Certified Epic Clinical Document Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Applications Analyst - Certified Epic Clin Doc to work remotely on a per diem basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IS liaison to ensure application service needs are met and maintain documentation of business processes and workflows
• Understand and document business needs, recommend IS solutions, and manage small to medium business projects
• Provide 24x7 operational support, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliance with service level agreements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of experience in Information Services or a related area
• B.A./B.S. in Information Systems or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
• Expertise in multiple healthcare applications is highly recommended
• Epic certification(s) for supported applications must be achieved within 6 months of hire date
