Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Coder - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform concurrent review of FFS coding rules and ensure accurate coding and billing
• Utilize medical coding software and resources to identify appropriate medical codes
• Educate and mentor others to improve medical coding quality and resolve coding edits or denials

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Coding Certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, RHIT)
• 1+ years of coding experience
• Ability to meet quality standards of 95% accuracy or better
