Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and ensure high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Agile metrics in a complex technology environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog and remove blockers
• Ensure alignment with Agile best practices and provide weekly reporting on deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, or 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust - Medium Background Investigation (MBI)
• Mastery in Agile delivery methodologies and experience with Jira
• Proven experience in leading multiple teams in a fast-paced technology environment
