Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change Enablement Specialist responsible for managing the ITIL Change Enablement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the ITIL Change Enablement process for assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Lead CAB meetings, maintain the Change Schedule, and participate in service reviews and client forums
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change risks, resolve failed changes, and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of Networks, Wintel, Unix, and Midrange servers
- Advanced skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of critical infrastructure and business impact relevant to stakeholders
- ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 Certification with knowledge of Change Enablement principles
- 5 years of experience in Business and/or Operational roles
