Key Responsibilities

- Verify insurance coverage and process payments while communicating with patients and case managers
- Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations while meeting performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of home health or DME-related experience preferred
- Understanding of insurance processes is a plus
