Charge Edit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Charge Edit Analyst (Remote in Wisconsin/Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

• Review, correct, and approve charges in pended or assigned error reports
• Ensure accuracy of charge input by analyzing various assigned charge processes
• Report charge processing/posting problems to Revenue Integrity management for resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Successful completion of CPT, HCPCS, ICD, and medical terminology courses within one year of hire
• Three years of experience in a medical business office, healthcare setting, or comparable experience
• Preferred experience with charge entry processes in a healthcare setting
• Minimum required certifications/licenses: None
