Position Summary

Key Duties
– Manage multiple chats simultaneously via dashboard tools
– Use templated responses and internal documentation to resolve tickets

– Accurately tag and escalate chats as needed

Training Flow
– Complete a 2-hour virtual onboarding
– Practice simulated chats
– First real shift reviewed by QA team for feedback
– Paid shifts usually begin within 3–5 business days
Example Work Period
On a Friday shift from 8 AM to 2 PM, you handle support tickets for three users—one with a billing question, one requesting a temporary pause, and one with a login error. Everything is handled through chat, using built-in prompts and saved replies.
