Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic business initiatives across the Marketing organization and communicate results
• Support the operational cadence of the executive management team on behalf of the CMO and ELT
• Contribute to the annual strategic planning process and track progress against key strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software, technology, or professional services environment
• Undergraduate degree or MBA preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to drive decisions and results
• High emotional intelligence and influencing skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
