A company is looking for a Chinese Speaking Analyst for a Global Call Centre, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers, partners, and engineers in the required languages
- Create cases in the CRM system following standard operating procedures
- Provide first-line support for inquiries and manage cases effectively through to resolution
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in required languages
- Fluent in spoken and written English and the required languages
- Experienced in call centre and customer service environments
- Professional telephone manner and computer literate with knowledge of software packages
- Team player able to work under pressure in a busy environment
