A company is looking for an Analyst I Business Process Transactions - Claims Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Process death claim transactions by communicating with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments
- Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Provide elite customer service through various communication channels and report any suspicious activities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma completed
- 2+ years of relevant life insurance death claims business experience preferred
- Claims processing experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of life insurance products and applicable policies
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is preferred
