Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Clerk to provide claims support by reviewing, researching, and processing claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims
- Authorize appropriate payments or refer claims for further review
- Conduct data entry, analyze trends, and maintain claims tracking database
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Basic proficiency with computers and Windows PCs
