Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Claims Operations team
- Monitor claims processing operations, identify issues, and implement action plans to improve efficiency
- Utilize data analytics to track KPIs and report performance metrics to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in management of claims operations
- Advanced knowledge of claims processing and performance metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with HMO medical insurance claims and federal/state regulations
- Demonstrated project management experience and ability to work independently
