Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Quality Analyst to promote excellent call quality and documentation through consistent monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor customer service representatives to ensure quality call handling and accurate documentation
- Provide feedback to representatives on monitored calls and complete daily statistical reports
- Attend department meetings and notify management of serious call quality infractions
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate required
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, preferably in claims processing
- Proficient in typing speed and strong keyboarding/computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented with good observation skills
