Key Responsibilities
- Perform audits of open and closed claim files to analyze quality, compliance, and service standards
- Lead stakeholder sessions to document business needs and support assessment workflows
- Present findings and recommendations for process improvements to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of prior property claims experience
- 3+ years of claims quality experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with CoreLogic tools and estimatics data
- Understanding of Power BI, SQL, and business intelligence technologies
