Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Support Specialist responsible for providing customer service and support within the Claims department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor phone queues and handle incoming calls related to new and existing claims
- Document information for new claims and provide updates on claim status to members
- Assist with minor claims and collaborate with internal teams for timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Interest or knowledge of classic or collector vehicles is a plus
- Must be bondable and capable of obtaining necessary state licenses
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, if applicable
