Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily staff activities to achieve service and performance objectives
- Ensure timely processing of claims and maintain workflow assignments
- Supervise staff, including performance reviews and training of new claims representatives
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work/education experience required
- Preferred eighteen months of claims processing experience in an HMO or related industry
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
