Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Communications Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls on a multi-line phone and assist clients and tutors with administrative questions
- Accurately enter client data into the CRM system and coordinate meetings between internal and external stakeholders
- Manage tutoring room bookings and assist with testing signups and basic data entry projects
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level position, suitable for candidates with minimal experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work remotely from specified states
- Experience with customer service and administrative tasks is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
