Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Communications Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls on a multi-line phone and assist clients and tutors with administrative questions
  • Accurately enter client data into the CRM system and coordinate meetings between internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage tutoring room bookings and assist with testing signups and basic data entry projects
Required Qualifications
  • Entry-level position, suitable for candidates with minimal experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work remotely from specified states
  • Experience with customer service and administrative tasks is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
