Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and requests for information
- Utilize systems and databases for data entry, tracking, and retrieval of client information
- Maintain communication with the QA department and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Typing speed of at least 40 W.P.M
