Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to manage software implementation for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement new Client Accounts using organizational and project management skills
- Provide training and onboarding services to new Client accounts and conduct weekly support calls
- Serve as the liaison between Clients and development staff while fostering strong Client relationships
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a related role; Early Intervention Program knowledge is a plus
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional tasks for Client implementation
- Self-motivated with ambitions to manage implementations independently
- Computer savvy with familiarity in multiple programs and tools
- Desire and talent for working with people and managing business negotiations
