Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Liaison - Direct Client Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for employee benefit-related issues
- Collaborate closely with the client's internal benefits team and vendor-aligned contacts
- Support Annual Enrollment activities and assist executives with their benefit enrollments as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong background in client services, benefits administration, and employee support
- Prior experience with benefits platforms
- Ability to represent the company professionally in client-facing meetings and presentations
- Comfortable working independently and managing a range of ongoing issues and priorities
- Ability to anticipate needs, follow up proactively, and work effectively with internal and external teams
