Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Liaison - Direct Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for employee benefit-related issues
  • Collaborate closely with the client's internal benefits team and vendor-aligned contacts
  • Support Annual Enrollment activities and assist executives with their benefit enrollments as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in client services, benefits administration, and employee support
  • Prior experience with benefits platforms
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a range of ongoing issues and priorities
  • Ability to anticipate needs, follow up proactively, and work effectively with internal and external teams
