Key Responsibilities:
- Project a professional attitude and manage inbound and outbound contacts
- Identify customer needs and maintain ownership of contact experience and resolution
- Keep detailed records of contacts and collaborate with team members to resolve cases
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience with high customer engagement
- Basic understanding of health insurance terminology preferred
- Experience working in a contact center environment
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in using a PC with multiple applications
